What we process

Account data needed to use MultiVoice Studio, API and MCP (including OAuth login).

Files and media you upload for orders; stored on MultiVoice file servers for 30 calendar days after the order is fulfilled, then deleted. You may delete files earlier in MultiVoice Studio.

Each time MultiVoice Studio starts, the service may collect the device MAC address and IP address for security and lawful requests from police, prosecutors or courts.

OAuth clients connecting to https://db.multivoice.ai/mcp process authentication and spend-consent data for MCP tools.

MCP and agent orders

Paid MCP creates require a short-lived confirmation_handle from prepare_create and human OAuth spend consent. Agents must not store passwords or API keys in client config.

Voice cloning

Voice cloning is not offered as self-service via API, MCP or MultiVoice Studio. It is arranged only through a manager under separate terms.
