MultiVoice.AI periodically releases new versions of Dubbing Studio. We automatically notify users of new releases. When Dubbing Studio is launched, it checks to see if there’s a new release available. If so, a dialog box appears indicating that an update has been released and that users should reinstall the program.
When first logging into the program, the User must read and agree to the User Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of use for Dubbing Studio, they cannot use the program.
When first logging into the Dubbing Studio program, the User must register. Dubbing Studio users are divided into three categories:
– Legal entities.
– Individuals.
– Sole proprietors.
Complete and accurate User information is required so that MultiVoice.AI can correctly invoice for services rendered.
After successful registration, the User can find a uniquely generated API key in their profile. With this key, the User can integrate the MultiVoice.AI service into their software solution. The API key can be changed if necessary. Important: Do not share your API key with third parties. Billing and payments are processed based on the API key.
Dubbing Studio has been tested on Windows 7 SP1, Windows 10 and Windows 11. 32 bit and 64 bit Systems.

1. The Order Form is designed for creating Subtitles.
2. When creating an Order, you must select the language spoken in the source audio or video file from the list of available languages. MultiVocie.AI currently creates Subtitles for 110 different languages. If the source file contains multiple languages, Subtitles will only be created in the language specified in the Order. It is not possible to select multiple languages simultaneously when creating an Order.
3. You must choose whether Subtitles will be created automatically (by AI) or by MultiVoice.AI (using a native speaker).
If subtitles are created automatically (by AI), the user can check and adjust the quality of the subtitles themselves (note: AI cannot currently create subtitles with 100% accuracy, so a human translator is needed for checking and editing). If MultiVoice.AI creates the subtitles (using a human), the quality of the subtitles will be 100%. See examples of created subtitles here.
4. You can choose to translate the subtitles into another language. The translation can be done automatically (note: AI cannot currently translate with 100% accuracy; for example, AI has not yet learned to translate idioms well). See an example of subtitle translation here.
Or MultiVoice.AI can translate the subtitles using a native human translator. In this case, the translation quality will be 100%. See an example of subtitle translation here.
5. You can choose to synchronize the subtitles with lip movements 100%. Video. Quality will be 100%. Subtitles will match articulation 100%.
6. You can select the option to create Rolified subtitles. This will indicate who is speaking each line in front of the subtitle text. See an example of Rolified subtitles here.
7. Add the source file from which the subtitles will be created. The source file can be uploaded from your computer or the internet.
8. Click the Submit Order button. This will send a request to the MultiVoice.AI server, and a unique project with the Order will be created.
9. In the My Orders menu, the Order status will be displayed next to the Order name. First, the file will be uploaded to the MultiVoice.AI server, then the file will be processed, and then the Subtitles will be created. A yellow circle indicates the Order is in the process of being created, a red circle indicates an error has occurred (and the Order will be reviewed by the MultiVoice.AI Administrator), and a green circle indicates that one of the Order creation stages is complete.
10. After Once the subtitles are ready, you will receive an email notification informing you that they are ready. Subtitles can be downloaded in .srt or .vtt formats from the My Orders menu. The User can also view (and edit, if necessary) the subtitles in the Subtitle Editor in Dubbing Studio.
11. When creating an Order, an approximate cost is calculated on the screen. The approximate cost is frozen (blocked) from the User’s personal account. After the Order is completed, the exact cost will be calculated and the funds will be debited from the User’s personal account. If a technical error occurs during the Order production process (for example, if the source content contains no speech at all, or speech is not detected, or the source file used to create the Order is corrupted), the funds will not be debited and will be unblocked.
1. The Order Form is designed for creating a Voice-Over or Dubbing of a single video.
2. When creating an Order, select the language spoken in the source video file from the list of available languages. Then, select the language in which the User wishes to Voice-Over or Dubbing of the video.
3. The Speach-to-Text module will be used during video processing, and MultiVocie.AI will automatically recognize all lines in the video file.
If the source file contains multiple languages, only the language specified in the Order will be recognized. Selecting multiple languages simultaneously when creating an Order is not possible.
4. The User can choose between two options: Automatic Dubbing by AI or instruct MultiVoice.AI to create the dubbing.
If the User selects Automatic Dubbing by AI, all actions will be performed automatically by the AI. When fulfilling an order, the AI will do the following: 1) copy the file to the MultiVoice.AI file server; 2) recognize the lines using the Speach-to-Text module and write all lines to a text file; 3) automatically check the resulting text file for errors; 4) translate all lines from the source language to the second language; 5) automatically arrange the AI voices; 6) perform speech synthesis; 7) send an email indicating the order is ready.
Please note: the dubbing quality produced by AI will not be 100%. Currently, AI is not capable of 100% high-quality dubbing. The user can adjust all intermediate processes in the Dubbing Studio program and achieve 100% dubbing quality. If the user does not adjust the intermediate processes, the quality of the automatic dubbing will not be 100%. You can evaluate the quality of fully automated dubbing (without human intervention or adjustments) by following this link.
If the User chooses to outsource the dubbing process to MultiVoice.AI, MultiVoice.AI will engage its staff and have all intermediate processes reviewed by a native speaker. MultiVoice.AI will ensure accurate artistic translation, rank the AI voices based on their similarity to the original video, and check LipSync.
5. Click the Place Order button. This will send a request to the MultiVoice.AI server, and a unique project will be created with the Order.
6. In the My Orders menu, the Order status will be displayed next to the Order name. First, the file will be uploaded to the MultiVoice.AI server, then processed, subtitles will be created, then translation, and then AI voice synthesis. A yellow circle indicates the Order is in progress, a red circle indicates an error has occurred (and the Order will be reviewed by the MultiVoice.AI Administrator), and a green circle indicates that one of the Order creation stages is complete.
7. Once the Order is ready, you will receive an email notification informing you that it is ready. Subtitles can be downloaded in .srt or .vtt formats from the My Orders menu. You can also download the dubbed audio file there.
8. When creating an Order, an approximate cost is calculated on the screen. The approximate cost is frozen (blocked) from the User’s personal account. After the Order is processed, the exact cost will be calculated and the funds will be debited from the User’s personal account. If a technical error occurs during the Order processing (for example, if the original content contains no speech at all, or the speech is not detected, or the source file for the Order is corrupted), the funds will not be debited and will be unblocked.
